The Cheeky Facts!

"Healthy food that tastes great!"

Look for the Super foods® logo on our menu and food tickets - this is your guarantee that the particular item qualifies as a Super food®- eat smart! Most meal items are available in combos for greater value - see the menu board for details or ask a staff member for assistance.

All our Super foods® menu items are low in saturated fats and carbohydrates, most are made fresh to order and contain no artificial colours or flavour enhancers - just pure taste!

The chicken that we use is no ordinary chicken either – it has no skin or bone (except the flame grilled pieces), is pure breast (it’s really low in fat), has no preservatives or anything artificial. Our chicken doesn’t contain ‘chicken glue’ either, unlike the vast majority of our competitors. By the way, chicken glue is a chemical added to raw chicken pieces which sticks everything together – not very nice is it!

Our flame grilled chicken is cooked utilising our own unique ‘reverse cooked’ method – trapping in all the flavours with less fat.

So do yourself a favour, choose any of our tasty Super foods® menu items and eat smart with a guilt free conscience!
